Single Leg Lift
  first picture of single leg lift stretch
  • Start in side laying position with your lower leg bent or straight
  • Your body should be a straight line from ear to ankle
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale and lift your top leg
  • Hold the stretch as you breathe in and exhale as you extend the stretch

  • Breathe in and slowly lower your leg as you exhale
