Ankle Side to Side

  • Lie flat on your back with your chin tucked
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Breathe slowly and deeply
  • Bring one leg up to your chest, holding on behind your knee

  • Rotate your ankle to the right side
  third picture of ankle side to side stretch
  • Then rotate your ankle to the left side
