A Certificate of Achievement as a Note Reading and Scoping Technologist can be earned by students who have completed all required courses with at least a grade of "C" or "Credit".

Before beginning any court reporting or related technology program, the student should have keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute; the Computer Applications Department offers keyboarding classes.

ORIENTATION: Each semester an orientation meeting provides information needed for all students entering in Court Reporting and Related Technologies. The date of the orientation is published in each semester's schedule of classes.
