Associated Student Organization

The Associated Student Organization (ASO) is the governing body responsible for advocating for and representing the students of the College. Its members, both elected and appointed, have many opportunities to influence the campus community through participation in shared governance committees, event/program sponsorship, and student-driven initiatives.

For more information about ASO, including minimum requirements and responsibilities, see the ASO Constitution and By-Laws. If interested in being appointed to ASO, fill out the ASO Appointment Application. If interested in running for a position on ASO in the spring elections, fill out the Election Packet and return to the ASO President.

To request money for an event/program, fill out a Budget Request Form and return it to the ASO VP of Finance. To have an item considered at a regular ASO meeting, fill out an Agenda Request Form and return it to the ASO President for consideration at the next regular ASO meeting.

ASO meets Tuesdays at 3:45 PM in the Kirkorian Pavilion of the Campus Center.

Inter-Club Council

The Inter Club Council (ICC) is an organization composed of campus clubs. The group’s primary purpose is to promote and give direction to the organization and function of all clubs. The ICC meets Thursdays at 2:10pm in the Campus Center Club Room. For more information about the ICC, see the Inter-Club Council Information Sheet and Inter-Club Council By-Laws. If you would like to have an item considered at an ICC meeting, fill out an Inter-Club Council Agenda Request Form and return it to the ICC Chair.
