EMPLOYER RECRUITMENT
There are a number of ways that you as an employer can inform West Valley students of your employment opportunities.
You can:
Post Flyers
- Flyers can be posted on the campus by bringing them to the Campus Center for approval at which time you will be
given a map of all campus locations for posting. Bring 15 - 20 flyers.
Reserve a Recruiting Table
- Tables are available in the cafeteria, a very busy area, where you can talk with students about your openings.
There is a fee and tables are available on a first come first served basis. Call 408-741-4637 or 408-741-4628 to make your reservations.

Attend a Campus Career Fair
– West Valley hosts a spring career fair every year. If you are interested in attending,

Advisory Boards
- Most of the Career Programs offered at West Valley College rely on the input of Advisory Boards to stay current with the needs of industry.

CalWORKS / Work Study
- Receive reimbursement of 50% of the wages of any qualified CalWORKS student hired.
