Members of the processional should arrive in the courtyard of the Administration Building by 4:00 p.m., dressed in your cap and gown and ready to proceed. We strongly recommend that you lock your personal belongings in your car or office prior to joining us for the processional. Everyone should be ready to go by approximately 4:20 p.m.; the processional will begin to move at 4:25 p.m. Faculty will line up to lead graduates in the Processional. Faculty and staff marshals and Student Activities personnel will assist in the formation of the two lines. The Processional will leave the courtyard area and proceed past the Administration and Business Division Buildings, around the spectator section, and enter through the middle aisle. The Faculty will form a corridor in the aisle of the spectator section for the students to pass through on the way to their seats. After all students are in place, the marshals will lead the faculty to their seats. Please remain standing until the pledge of allegiance has been completed. When the ceremonies are over, the recessional will exit the area through the center aisle of the spectator section (reverse path of entrance) in the following order: Platform Party, Faculty and Administrators, and then the Students.
