Room Rentals - Pictures and Layouts

 

 

 

The Event Center is the largest room in the Campus Center and is designed for ceremonies or expo type events. The maximum capacity is 359 and can increase with the Nana wall open to the outdoors. The following four layouts are available:

Baltic Room (Full)

The Baltic Room is our second largest space and is set up for meetings requiring a large audience. The Baltic Room has the following layout:

Baltic Room B

This is the meeting space portion of the Baltic Room, separated from the adjacent portion by a partition wall. This room has the following three layouts:

*Both rooms can be combines for a larger event.

 

The Club Room is designed as an all-around meeting space or mid-sized event location. The following three layouts are available for this room:

The Global Citizenship Center is a meeting space that is slightly smaller than the Club Room and has the added feature of a curving glass wall facing inward to the Campus center, allowing more visibility for events. This room is available in the following three layouts:

The Lower Lounge area is a great location for a lecture event or to have an end-of-the-year event, with ample floor space and an open setting. This room has the following two layouts:
