Topic: The first Student Veteran Orientation will be held at West Valley College (WVC) on January 23^rd, in the Campus Center club room from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Veteran students enrolled at WVC and Veterans interested in attending West Valley College are invited to attend. The Event will feature presentations and personal consultations with experts in Veteran education, health, culture, career preparation, as well as a student panel sharing insights into college culture. Snacks are provided and there will be door prizes.

This event will provide student Veterans at WVC, as well as prospective students who are interested in attending West Valley College the opportunity to make contact with other Veteran students who can help connect you with other Veterans on campus. Support staff will be on hand with referrals to the right campus or community resource. Counseling staff are available to answer questions, and administrators and faculty offer their support, all of whom contribute to your success at college.
