Jason Dupler rejoins the Vikings for the 2011 season after spending the past six seasons coaching division one and high school volleyball.

During the 2009-10 seasons Dupler was the varsity head coach at Willow Glen High School. During those two years Dupler coached the conference player of the year and Junior of the year, along with six all conference players. In those two seasons the team won the conference title in 2009 and lost in the first round of playoffs, and qualified for playoffs in the 2010 season making it to the second round.

Dupler spent the 2007 season as the recruiting coordinator and top assistant at San Jose State University. Dupler headed up recruiting and scouting for the team. His primary responsibilities included assisting with practices, video editing, serving, offensive analysis and match strategies.

In the 2006 season Dupler was an assistant coach at Stanford where he assisted with individual skill development, practice and opponent scouting. Stanford won the Pacific-10 championship and finished second in the nation losing to Nebraska in the National Championships.

Prior to Stanford position, Dupler was the head women's volleyball coach here at West Valley College for four seasons and a member of the coaching staff for 11 years. During his tenure at the school, he coached three AVCA All-Americans, was named the Coast Conference Coach of the Year for three consecutive seasons (2003-05), and led his team to four top-five finishes at the state championships including a third place finish at the 2003 California Community College Championship.

Duper also has significant experience at the club level. He has been a coach at Vision Volleyball Club in Los Gatos for over 12 years where he coached six different age levels to top finishes at the Junior Olympics, including fifth place at the 1996 and 1997 Junior Olympics.

As a player, Dupler played two seasons at West Valley (1998-99) and was a setter for the Vikings. He also played beach volleyball for over 20 years.
