Campus Clubs
Club registration is now open. West Valley students enrolled in the current semester are eligible to start or re-register a club.
Any registered organization must be open to all students. All organization members must be students enrolled in credit or non-credit courses at West Valley College. In order to become registered, organizations must follow these steps:
- Gather and maintain at least 4 currently enrolled West Valley Students (each student must be enrolled in 6 units or more).
- Identify an advisor, who will serve for the complete academic year (must be a WVC staff or faculty).
- Meet with the members and advisor to develop the organization’s name, goals, and officers. By-laws and Constitution can be added at a later days.
- Director of Club Relations & ASWVC Advisor will review eligibility of the prospective new club's President, Treasurer, and Advisors. It's the students leadership's responsibility to find the three above positions, and find replacements for those positions.
