Course Description
This course is an in-depth study of human resources management in public and private organizations. Specific areas of human resource management to be studied are: the principles and methods involved in recruitment, selections and placement of employees; diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, training and development; performance appraisals; compensation and benefits; legal aspects of human resources administration; and government regulations and statutes.
