Course Description
Organizational Behavior is a comprehensive, reality-based course that investigates and illustrates behavior patterns in organizations. Emphasis is on globalization, diversity and ethics using current, real-world examples. It includes three levels of analysis -- the individual, the group, and the organization-system -- and provides skill-building opportunities that demonstrate the linkage between organizational behavior theory and skill application.
