Course Description
This course focuses on creating typographic solutions for graphic design. Key topics include a historical overview of letterforms and type classifications, factors contributing to the style and functionality of type face design, and the fundamental principles of typographic layouts and lettering techniques commonly used in graphic design. The anatomy of type and how typefaces communicate message/purpose are also covered in the course.
