Course Description
This course provides students with the opportunity to gain improved cardio-respiratory fitness, flexibility, and strength while performing tennis skills. This course blends tennis techniques, drills, and training with cardiovascular, flexibility, and strengthening exercises. The emphasis is on training for speed, agility, and endurance.
