Course Description
This course introduces students to the theory, methods, and application of stage lighting. Students have the opportunity to study different approaches to lighting design, the physics of stage lighting, and color in light. The course also serves as an introduction to the lighting instruments themselves and the practical work involved in lighting a staged production.
