Biography

Jeff grew up singing and playing music. He has been passionately involved with music technology and recording since the early 80’s. As the sole owner of Byte Size Productions in Los Angeles, he worked on numerous recording projects, films and jingles for TV. This led to the position of lead Key Board Tech for Prince from 1987-1992. His work on two albums for Prince (LoveSexy and Batman) earned a Gold and Platinum Album award respectively. Jeff was also keyboard tech and lead sound designer for Prince’s Love Sexy World Tour. That experience led to another world tour with Bananrama as keyboard tech and ultimately drummer/percussionist and background vocalist.

Today, as the Director of Commercial Music at West valley College teaching music production and recording arts, Jeff still enjoy(s) playing in a band and recording in his (my) home studio.
