Many departments have somewhere between 1 or as many as 7 courses that need revisions this Fall with due dates between August 28th and October 9th. Get an online walk through with Curriculum Chair, Kristen Jackanich, on how to use the resources available on the Curriculum Website | West Valley College as well as a detailed list of the common areas that most need to be edited and could slow down the process. Accessibility Inventory Working Session
Join this flex-time workshop where you'll complete the "Course Materials and Technology Inventory" form (a required inventory for listing all course video links, software applications, digital documents, and physical technology). This 2-hour workshop will provide faculty time to fill out the required form together, in a supportive and encouraging environment. Amy Delevett, ADA Compliance Coordinator, will host and assist with narrowing down what you need to list in the form. By completing the form, you'll be supporting progress with campus accessibility. Apprehensive? Think of what Tina Fey would say, “You can’t be that kid standing at the top of the waterslide, overthinking it. You have to go down the chute.” You got this!
