The West Valley College Office of Academic Affairs is made up of dedicated and equity-focused faculty, staff, and administrators who provide lifechanging academic and career programs. WVC Academic Affairs builds curriculum and programs that allow students to gain knowledge and skills to thrive inside the classroom and in society. Academic Affairs serves students through supporting their transfer to a four-year university and through providing degrees and certificates that lead to meaningful living-wage jobs. Academic Affairs programs are focused on student needs and, as a result, quality teaching and learning is our primary focus. We are committed to maintaining high quality as a consistent academic standard in order to foster student learning and success.
