Creative Service Request
Please use our request form to share information about your needs. Creative service requests must be submitted three weeks prior to the time you need the project completed. Same-day requests cannot be processed. All requests are subject to approval.
Student Email Communication/Viking Weekly Request
Note: The deadline for the Viking Weekly publication is Wednesday, one week prior to the publication date. Example, you'd like the message to go out in the December 10 issue, you'd need to submit your request no later than December 3 for it to be included.

The Marketing and Communications Department recommends using Formstack for long-standing forms. Submit a request to edit an existing form, disabling a form, or creating a new one.

Name Badge Request
When you represent West Valley College, we want you to look your best! Magnetic name badges are provided compliments of the WVC marketing office. Orders are place before the start of the fall and spring semesters, and occasionally in between both.
Fall 2025 name tag submissions/orders are now closed. Next submission deadline will be end of January 2026 for spring semester.
Spring 2026 name badges will be processed in February 2026.
