Bent Knee Straddle

  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Place your hands behind your back for support
  • Place both legs out to the side, knees bent and toes pointing to the ceiling, in a bent knee straddle position
  • Hold on to your toes

  • Breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
  • Keep holding on to your toes as you try to extend and straighten your legs to a full straddle
