Ankle Point and Flex

  • Lie flat on your back with your chin tucked
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Bend your knees, keeping them high, with your feet flat on the mat

  • Breathe slowly and deeply
  • Bring one leg up to your chest, holding on behind your knee

  • Point your foot down, and hold
