Lower Leg Circles

  • Start in the side laying position
  • Keep a straight line, with your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle lined up
  • Your bottom arm supports your head
  • Your top leg is bent at hip with your foot flat on mat while holding on to your ankle

  • Lift the lower leg, keeping it in a straight upward line towards ceiling
  • Breathe slowly and deeply
  • Circle your leg forward & back
