Side Lying Leg Extension

  • Start in side lying position with your lower leg bent
  • Hands hold on behind the knee of your bent top leg
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you start to straighten your top leg
  • Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch

  • Advanced stretch: Walk your hands up your leg towards your foot
