Hands Knees Arm Leg Reach

  • Start on your hands and knees
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you lift one leg up to the height of your back
  • Keep your head in a straight line with your ear, shoulder and hip lined up
  • Adjust position to achieve balance

  • Stretch variation: Lift one leg up to the height of your back, at the same time lift your opposite arm straight in front of you to the same height
  • Keep your head in a straight line with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
