Front Double Leg Lift

  • Start by laying flat on your stomach
  • Press your shoulders to the floor
  • Your palms should be flat on mat near your hips
  • Press your forehead to the floor, with your chin slightly tucked
  • Take a deep breath in
  • Exhale as you lift both legs up keeping your legs straight
  • Inhale as you lower your legs
